Ergobiz includes a team of Occupational Therapists offering ergonomic evaluations and workstation safety for local to global businesses.

With over 15 years’ experience working within Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management, our team has the knowledge and understanding to strengthen the wellbeing of your staff members, maximise productivity, reduce the risk of injuries associated with poor workstation set-up and subsequently, reduce the cost of worker’s compensation premiums.

Our team has conducted over 1000 ergonomic assessments for universities, law firms, insurance companies, call centres, government and not for profit agencies.
Ergobiz also have certified Trainers able to facilitate Ergonomic training and Manual Handling training. Our trainer is SIRA accredited to facilitate the 2-day Introduction to Return to Work Coordination and Advanced Return to Work Coordination Courses with over 80 courses delivered in the last 12 years. The above mentioned courses are now delivered online via SIRA.

Our Trainer has developed a 2 hour RTW Awareness course educating Supervisors/ Team Leaders/ Managers on the essentials of workers’ compensation and assisting injured workers to return to work in a safe and durable manner.
